As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at Crown Promenade. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with everything we needed within walking distance.

Our room at Crown Promenade was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We were delighted to have the opportunity for an early check-in, made our arrival so much easier.

One morning, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. Unfortunately, the coffee that was served to us had a burnt taste considering the $45 per head price tag.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to tram services and situated in a safe environment close to the casino. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The view from the room on level 16 overlooking Southbank was also impressive.

The duty manager lacked hospitality skills, leaving guests feeling unwelcome.

The room was spacious and the bathroom had a double shower. The large screen TV with digital channels was great and the location perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a central location. The accommodation was excellent, and I loved the easy access to a variety of restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything I needed in one place. The gym and pool area were great, with a sauna and steam room that I took full advantage of. And the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of business meetings.

The only downside of staying at this hotel was the limited bathroom toiletries. As a family of four, we expected more than just the basics.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of the city and it was a great experience. The location was perfect as it was right in the center of everything. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were always friendly and helpful. They even gave us complimentary champagne and treats for the kids. We also enjoyed the on-site facilities like the indoor swimming pool, spa, and wellness center. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this place to families.

We loved the excellent service from valet parking to friendly and polite staff. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a lovely view. The mini bar, room service, and breakfast were all great. This hotel is perfect right at Southbank, close to many restaurants, and most places we wanted to go to. We felt safe in this environment close to the casino, with convenient transportation, including tram services.

We had a fantastic time at Crown Promenade! The staff was friendly and Zahra at reception made our special occasion even more memorable with wine and chocolates. Our room on the 16th floor had an amazing view, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and recreation facilities, and the smoking room option was a plus. The location was convenient, with easy access to freeways and the city.

We loved the location of this place, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The staff were very kind and provided great service, trying to make our stay as smooth as possible. The amenities were fantastic, especially the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. The room was equipped with all the necessary facilities including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. We also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and Easter treats provided at check-in.

We highly recommend this venue to everyone - you won't be disappointed!

Close to attractions, enjoyed dinner at nearby complex, concert experience at Palms, and casino time. Great music and lighting upon arrival, lounge space by window, wonderful room service and professional staff. USB charger at desk, immaculate bathroom, helpful storage space. The hotel's location is great, as it is close to the city centre and Southbank's restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the view from some of them is nice.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. Some guests have reported leftover scraps from previous occupants, and bad smells due to insufficient ventilation.
